1. "Dzengi" CJSC (the “Company”) will not onboard customers that are resident in countries included in the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) list of high-risk and other monitored jurisdictions [http://www.fatf-gafi.org/countries/#high-risk].
2. As of 29.06.2021 the list of Prohibited jurisdictions includes the following countries (but this list may be changed on a case-by-case basis, depending on Your particular situation):

- Barbados
- Bermuda
- Burkina Faso
- Cambodia
- Cayman Islands
- Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)
- Haiti
- Jamaica
- Jordan
- Mali
- Malta
- Mauritius
- Morocco
- Mozambique
- Myanmar
- Panama
- Philippines
- Senegal
- South Sudan
- Syria
- Tanzania
- Turkey
- Uganda
- Yemen
- Zimbabwe
- Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK)
- Iran
- USA
3. The Company will not onboard customers that are residents/citizens of the US, If the Company believes that there are grounds to classify a potential customer as a US resident/citizen the customer will be requested to provide documents evidencing an alternative residency and or citizenship.
4. The Company assures that it understands and adheres to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations where it conducts its business and will advertise its services only where it is permitted or not prohibited by the local regulations.
5. At the first stage of the launch of the Company’s product services will be offered only to customers that will join the platform on an invite-only basis.
